Day 2

Today was another productive day! Despite the swarm of gnats, the day was stress free!

With this post I'll give you an idea of what we do during the day.

The male leadership meets in the morning with Roger Huntington, the overseer of the camp, and pray and express concerns. This has been very encouraging to the leadership.

After that the STMI group meets up for a meeting. We share how our cabins fared in the evening and how open or receptive they've been to the messages and pray together.

After that then we have a large staff meeting with all counselors and pastors. we have a short devotion, then we do cabin reports and layout the day.

We have breakfast together and head into activities. They have a camp store, which the kids always look forward to each year, in light of that one camper brought 140 dollars. They sell merchandise as well as snacks.

Students are free to bring their own as well, one student decided to bring a stash of Rockstars and Sodas and to drink them before he went to bed. We confiscated them promptly.
